Hey OuiShopp community, meet Hannah. We came across Hannah and took notice of her unique style. Fashion is a way to express yourself and it’s so cool to us when we see someone have their own flair really stand out.. So we were lucky enough to interview Hannah and learn a bit.

Where are you from, what do you do for a living, and what do you do for fun?

I am from Virginia. I am an Interior Design coordinator for the hospitality design industry! Things I do for fun include any and all new adventures whether it’s activities outdoors or discovering a new boutique!

Have you always been into fashion, what does it mean to you? How does your personality impact your style?

Yes, I have loved fashion and design ever since I was a little girl. My grandmother would sit down and show me how to sketch fashion outfits so it is special to me. I debated between studying fashion design and interior design in college but I ended up studying interior design. ( I love it though!) I would say my personality impacts my style because I love bold prints and statement pieces. I am super girly but grew up in a small town where my style was different than those around me.  I had dreams of being in New York City and wearing the fashion that was there.  I am drawn towards fun shoes and bags and have noticed a huge impact they can make on any outfit.

What are your favorite 3 brands to wear? Can you show us an example of an outfit you wore and loved recently?

My top 3 favorite brands are : Zara, ASTR the label & coach

Who do you get advice from when you’re having trouble making a shopping decision? 

My sister and mom are the two I run to for advice on anything and everything fashion!

Are you a go-to person for your friends when they need help making shopping decisions?

I would say yes. My friends love shopping in my closet and dressing up in all the fun things I own.

If someone doesn’t really know what their personal style is, what are some tips to help them develop it?

Focus on what makes you confident and draws you in when you try it on. Anything that instantly makes you feel beautiful is what you should wear. No matter how bold or simple, follow your heart on what makes you feel the best.
